29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(5)(i): The employer did not affix signs or labels to previously installed ACM that they had identified so that employees would be notified of what materials contain ACM and/or PACM. (a) Metropolitan Edison, Incorporated - South Lebanon Sub-Station - The asbestos floor panels, containing fifteen (15) percent chrysotile, were not labeled, on or about March 4, 2020. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.1001(k)(1): The employer did not maintain all surfaces as free as practicable of ACM waste and/or debris and accompanying dust: (a) Metropolitan Edison, Incorporated - South Lebanon Substation - The employer was made aware of the potential asbestos dust on February 27, 2020 when a sample was collected for analysis but, the clean up operation was not conducted until March 3, 2020. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
