29 CFR 1926.34(c): Means of egress was not continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency. a) On or about 02/11/20, at the Planet Fitness Center, under construction, located at the Sweden Corners Plaza, 6515 Brockport Spencerport Road, in Brockport, New York, the employer did not maintain a free and unobstructed exit. An electrical panel in use was placed in front of a rear exit door blocking access to the outside. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
