29 CFR 1910.27(a): Scaffolds used in general industry did not meet the requirements in 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L (Scaffolds), specifically 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v); A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about 3/9/2020 at a project located at 4125 Transit Road, Williamsville New York; employees were using a boom lift to access work areas while changing light bulbs in a sign in front of the building. The employees in the lift did not have harnesses with lanyards attached to the boom or basket. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
