Rack #5: Steel Resilient Channel/High Hat loose and unsecured on top of the rack, approximately 15' from the ground.  c) Lumber Yard (Metal Conex boxes - gap between Box 3 and 4, and on top of Box 5, Box 6, Box 7 and Box 9)      1. Wooden Pallets, mold stock and PVC Pipes were unsecured and loose on top of the boxes, approximately 10' from the ground.  d) Lumber Yard (Insulation Area)      1. Wooden support column holding wooden shelf containing batts of insulation, approximately 10' from the ground was damaged and leaning.
