Allentown, PA, Facility Front, West Corner:  On or about March 9, 2020, employees are performing roofing work while utilizing a portable ladder to access the roof of a 30-foot high commercial building, but is not extended at least three feet above the upper landing surface on which the ladder is set.    b) 1880 Steelstone Rd. Allentown, PA, Facility Rear, East Corner:  On or about March 9, 2020, employees are performing roofing work while utilizing a portable ladder to access the roof of a 30-foot high commercial building, but is not extended at least three feet above the upper landing surface on which the ladder is set.
