29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice.  Worksite: The employer did not ensure that the walking-working surface from/on which an employee was required to walk/work was kept free of hazards, such as (but not limited to) unstable pieces of loose stones.    On or about 03/19/2020, the employee sustained injuries to one of legs after a large piece of stone shifted onto the leg while the employee was walking/working on the pile of pieces of loose stones.
