29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: In the restaurant at 208 College Highway, Southwick, MA: On and before May 14, 2020, the employer did not implement a written hazard communication program which includes procedures to train employees when they are potentially exposed to chemicals used by other employers. On May 12 and May 14, 2020, maintenance employees of another employer utilized hazardous materials, including but not limited to Liquid Fire and Bleach, at this site.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: In the restaurant at 208 College Highway, Southwick, MA: On and before May 14, 2020, the employer did not provide effective information or training to employees on hazardous chemicals introduced into their work area. On May 12 and May 14, 2020, maintenance employees of another employer utilized hazardous materials, including but not limited to Liquid Fire and Bleach, while attempting to unclog a drain at this site.
