29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): Scaffold platforms that were more than two feet (0.6m) above or below a point of access, were not provided with a means of access:    On or about June 5, 2020, and at times prior to, employees were observed working on a scaffold that did not have an appropriate ladder or other means of safe access.  The employees were exposed to the hazard of falls.      Fraire Masonry was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1191967 Citation  1, Item  2, and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2017, with a final abatement date of December 1, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1017 S. Air Depot in Midwest City, Oklahoma.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level:                                                                                                                                           On or about June 5, 2020 and at times prior to, employees were observed working on a scaffold that did not have guardrails around all open ends, exposing the employees to the hazard of falls.      Fraire Masonry was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1191967 Citation  2, Item  2, and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2017, with a final abatement date of December 1, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1017 S. Air Depot in Midwest City, Oklahoma.
