29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) Jobsite located at 305 West State Street, Kennett Square, PA.: Employees working on a 8:12 pitched roof of a commercial building were not provided fall protection; thus exposing employees of falls of approximately 10 feet.  Condition was observed on or about 16 JUN 2020.
