Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route:  a) Inside of Freezer, Exit Door on South Wall -  On or about June 17, 2020, the employer did not ensure that the route to an exit door near Aisle 123 in the freezer was free from all obstructions including pallets with boxes of frozen food, thus exposing employees to a fire hazard.  b) Inside of Freezer, Exit Door on North Wall -  On or about June 17, 2020, the employer did not ensure that the route to an exit door near the Blast area was free from all obstructions including pallets with boxes of frozen food, thus exposing employees to a fire hazard.
