29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights.:  a- Building Exterior (Rear of Property) (Tubular welded frame scaffold): Employees engaged in stucco activities from a tubular welded frame scaffold work platform were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 & 18ft to the concrete below as the scaffold platform was not fully planked. 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used.    a- Building Exterior (Route 17S) (Tubular welded frame scaffold): Employee engaged in stucco activities from a tubular welded frame scaffold work platform was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12ft as a means of scaffold access and egress had not been utilized. Condition noted or about 06/23/2020.  b- Building Exterior (Rear of Property) (Tubular welded frame scaffold): Employee engaged in stucco activities from a tubular welded frame scaffold work platform was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 & 18ft to the concrete below as a means of scaffold access and egress had not been utilized.
