The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated: a) 1728 Pulaski Hwy. bear Delaware 19701: On or about June 26, 2024, the employer did not ensure each employee operating a Sunbelt Rental Genie, Model S45 XCH, ID number 10331627 were using a fall protection device as required to operate the articulating boom.
