29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  West side of the commercial construction site:  On or about July 8, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard while cutting bricks with an electrical circular saw without eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.1153(i)(2)(i)(A): The employer did not ensure that each employee covered by this section could demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the health hazards associated with exposure to respirable crystalline silica:  West side of the commercial construction site:  On or about July 8, 2020, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards while performing masonry work without being trained on the hazards of silica.
