Site- An employee working from the roof was not protected from a fall between 30 feet 6 inches at the roof peak and 22 feet at the roof eave where fall protection was not utilized.

The employee was using the guardrails of a SkyJack SJ6832 RT scissor lift to climb up and down from the roof.
