The crew was not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.  There was PFAS connected to the roof but the crew was not wearing it.  The roofer(s) stated that It was too hot.  The roofers were observed on the roof of the structure without fall protection, exposing them to fall to the ground below.
