29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   JOB SITE:  Homesite #33, Charlestowne Place, Saint Charles, MO 63301, on or about 7/29/2020, workers were observed on top of a 5:12 pitch roof, approximately 9 feet 9 inches above ground level, actively installing new roof shingles without a guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternate fall protection measures.  The employees were exposed to a fall hazard.
