29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section:  a) Lots 1, 18, 29, Lot 1, 18, 29 Hamptons Hills Drive, Hampton Hills Subdivision, Camden-Wyoming, DE: On or about August 17, 2020, the employer failed to ensure subcontractor employees conducting framing work, approximately 20 feet above the lower level, used fall protection.
