29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  On or about August 18, 2020, on site of a residential structure located at 270 Laurel Oaks Way in Jupiter, Florida, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 19 - feet, 5 - inches, when performing asphalt shingle installation work on the roof of a residential building prior to being provided with a training program that would enable them to recognize the hazards associated with falls.
