29 CFR 1926.501(b)(9)(i): Each employee performing overhand bricklaying and related work 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a controlled access zone:  On or about at 8/29/2020, at the worksite located at 4251 Bonaventure Blvd, Weston, Florida 33332.  Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 36 feet approximately while erecting concrete block walls without being protected from falling.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:   On or about at 8/29/2020, at the worksite located at 4251 Bonaventure Blvd, Weston, Florida 33332.  The employer did not train employees as required, exposing employees to a fall hazard of 36 feet approximately while erecting concrete block walls.
