29 C.F.R. � 1910.9(b): Training regarding standards in this part requiring training on hazards and related matters, such as standards requiring that employees receive training or that the employer train employees, provide training to employees, or institute or implement a training program, was inadequate: American Health Associates working at St. Joseph Care Center dba St. Joseph Senior Living Center located at 2308 Reno Ave, Louisville, Ohio 44641(?St. Joseph?s?), and Sycamore Spring Health Care and Rehabilitation (?Sycamore?) located at 2175 Leiter Rd. Miamisburg, Ohio 45342. On or about September 20, 2022 at St. Joseph?s and April 3, 2021 at Sycamore, the employer failed to fully train employees with regard to assuring that potential exposure to the SARS-CoV-2 virus was fully minimized through training on up-to-date U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (?CDC?) and Industry best practices, worksite specific personal protective equipment (?PPE?) protective procedures (including respiratory filtering face pieces) and a written Sars-Cov-2 respiratory protection program.
