Kronmiller Co., Inc. Big Shop: On or about October 5, 2020 and at times prior, employees were exposed to unexpected hazardous energy from hydraulic and pneumatic components while changing out punch dies and shear blades on the Peddinghaus 643Q Anglemaster. The employer failed to develop, document, and utilize procedures to effectively control hazardous energy for employees that perform punch die and shear blade changes. b) William M. Kronmiller Co., Inc. Big Shop: On or about October 5, 2020 and at times prior, employees were exposed to unexpected hazardous energy from hydraulic components while changing out punch dies on the Piranha hole punch. The employer failed to develop, document, and utilize procedures to effectively control hazardous energy for employees that perform punch die changes.
