29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C): Where lockout was used for energy control, the periodic inspection did not include a review, between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected.  LG Hausys at the Viatera plant: On or about 10/22/2020, and at times prior to, annual audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the company's machine specific energy control procedures were not completed as required. Energy sources used at the facility include; but are not limited to, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic energy and the primary voltage used at the facility includes 480 volts phase 3 60Hz.  LG Hausys America Inc, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1416767, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/07/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 310 LG Drive SE.
