29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a. On or about October 7, 2020, at a worksite located at 1825 West 57th Street, Cleveland, OH 44102, during residential carpentry activities, the employer did not ensure employees using a ramp for access and egress were protected from a fall of approximately 8 to 10 feet by utilizing a fall protection system.  b. On or about October 7, 2020, at a worksite located at 1825 West 57th Street, Cleveland, OH 44102, during residential carpentry activities, the employer did not ensure employees working at the window opening were protected from a fall of approximately 12 to 15 feet by utilizing a fall protection system.  c. On or about October 7, 2020, at a worksite located at 1825 West 57th Street, Cleveland, OH 44102, during residential carpentry activities, the employer did not ensure employees installing trusses at the peak were protected from a fall of approximately 15 feet by utilizing a fall protection system.
