29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, post, frames, and/or uprights were not plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement: a- 13 Westmont Drive, Medford NJ - Employees were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold whose posts/legs were not plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement. Condition observed on or about 10/22/2020. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a- 13 Westmont Drive, Medford NJ - Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold that was missing end stops and a mid rail/screen. Condition observed on or about 10/22/2020. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
