29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv):Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. On the west side of the work site, employees engaged in cornice work utilized a Makita skill saw and the power cord outer sheathing was pulled away exposing the internal wiring exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
