29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  On or about December 8, 2020, at a residential construction site located on 4443 Sandhill Terrace Lane, Katy, TX, two employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet when performing work on a two-story house without a fall protection system.

29 CFR  1926.1051(a):Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided.  On or about December 8, 2020, at a residential construction site located on 4443 Sandhill Terrace Lane, Katy, TX, two employees were exposed to a fall hazard when trying to get onto the roof of the home without proper access.
