29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  (a)  Playtex Manufacturing, Inc. on or about December 12, 2020, at the address of 1905 Progress Way, Sidney, OH: The employer failed to ensure the incoming nip-points between the material processing rollers on the Line #1 Saturation Machine was adequately guarded.  Employees performing start-up operation activities at or near the nip-point between the rubber and chrome plate rollers were exposed to crushing hazards.
