29 CFR 1910.212(a)(4): Revolving drum(s), barrel(s), or container(s) were not guarded by enclosure(s) which were interlocked with the drive mechanism so that the barrel(s), drum(s), or container(s) could not revolve unless the enclosure(s) were in place:  a) 185 Saulsbury Road, Dover, DE 19904: On or about February 21, 2024; and days prior to, employees were exposed to amputation hazards while working on the Model: M6-WB F/Serial: 2806 Fiber Controls Corporation fluffing machine and required to remove fluff, referred to as "tags," without any type of interlock in place to prevent access.
