Employees were working on the second level of a new, residential townhome with overhead hazards from constructing and raising outer walls . This condition exposed employees to head injuries from falling objects.

This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.

This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet.
