29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was each employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) Island Lake Road, Starrucca, PA: Employees who performed work on the roof of a residential structure were not protected from fall hazards of approximately 20 feet by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, on or about January 12, 2021.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
