29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) Xiomara Repairs at 511 Legendary Drive in Harrisburg, SD 57032: On or about and at times prior to January 27, 2021, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees performing roofing activities on a residential property were utilizing appropriate fall protection systems when working from heights greater than 6 feet above a lower level.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 9.5 feet.
