29 CFR  1910.157(g)(4):Employees who have been designated to use fire fighting equipment as a part of the emergency action plan were not provided training in the use of appropriate equipment upon initial assignment and at least annually thereafter:  Hi-Tech Plating Room, 69 Norman Street, Everett, MA  a) On or about 2/1/21, training was not provided to an employee that extinguished an incipient stage fire in a degreasing vessel with an ABC fire extinguisher. The employer maintained a program allowing for employee use of fire extinguishers, but did not provide annual training.
