29 CFR 1926.100(a):   Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a) Exterior, On the ground: Employees were exposed to head injuries while siding activities were taking place. The employees were not protected by a hard hat or protective helmet, on or about 1/28/21.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:                                                                                                             a) Exterior right side: Employees were exposed to eye/face injuries while nailing plywood, and were not protected with any type of eye/face protection, on or about 1/28/21.

29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart:  a) New Style Siding LLC, does not ensure that employees have available firefighting equipment at the jobsite. This violation was most recently observed at 139 Cadmus Ave Elmwood NJ. The employer did not provide any firefighting equipment at the jobsite. Gasoline fueled generator was used on site to power electric tools, extension cords. Extra gasoline to fuel the generators was stored in gas cans on the site, on or about 1/28/21.
