29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to SARS-CoV-2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2), the cause of the COVID-19 disease.    a) AMA Health Holdings, LLC dba Seaside Guest Services  On 2/24/2021 and thereafter,  the employer did not develop and implement effective measures to mitigate the spread of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).  The employer did not timely identify residents who presented symptoms and test them for COVID-19.  The employer transferred symptomatic COVID-19 positive residents to the Vanderbilt House and assigned employees to work there without enforcing COVID-19 isolation protocols.   Approximately eleven (11) employees and twenty-eight (28) residents contracted COVID-19.     ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION AND ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM
