29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Mays-Wilson Construction Company, located at 1074 Marie Lou Drive, Westerville, OH 43081: On and preceding March 23, 2021, the controlling employer did not ensure that employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower level were protected from falls. Roofers were removing shingles and other roofing materials at heights up to 18 feet without fall protection. The following condition exposed them to falls up to 18 feet.
