29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart: a) Amana Contracting LLC, does not ensure that employees have available firefighting equipment at the jobsite. The General Contractor did not provide any firefighting equipment at the jobsite. Combustible products such as wood were used. Gasoline fueled generators was used on site next to the building entrance to power electric equipment such as, nail guns, extension cords and compressors to perform roofing activities, on or about 3/22/21.
