29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) Ervin Cabrera at 112 East Granite Street, Brandon SD, 57005:  On or about and at times prior to March 31, 2021, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards while conducting roofing operations on a residential property.  Employees were installing roofing materials on a residential home with no fall protection systems in place.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 20 feet.

This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 20 feet.
