29 CFR  1910.179(j)(3): A complete periodic inspection of crane(s) had not been conducted in the past 12 months:   At a worksite located at 1501B State Highway DD, Moberly, MO, employees were exposed to struckby hazards from the cranes and materials being lifted. A complete periodic inspection of the 2 ton Shaw-Box crane and the 5 ton Shaw Box crane was not conducted in the past 12 months.  The annual inspections for the cranes were overdue by 2 1/2 months.

29 CFR  1910.303(b)(1)(iv): Electric equipment was not free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees such as damaged insulation.    At a worksite located at 1501 B State Highway DD, Moberly, MO:  Employees were exposed to electrical hazards in the Shop. On or about April 16, 2021,  employees were exposed to electrical hazards as there was damaged insulation on the electrical cord for the pendant control  for the Hil-joy vault buggy/dolly.
