29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks.  On or about April 14, 2021, and at times prior thereto, in the finishing area, employees were operating metal cutting band saws that do not guards on the unused portion of the blade, and no method of guarding was in place to protect the employees from the nip point between the hydraulic clamp and the work piece on the following machines: a. RUSCH by Scortegagna, 420/700-41 / Serial#: F00201LG b. MACC Costruzioni Meccaniche, Special 702 GA / Serial#: 112166
