29 CFR  1926.95(a):  Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided:  On or about 27 April 2021, at Building #11, Puerto Rico Air National Guard Base, Carolina, PR. At a rear work room, employees engaged on indoor roofing operations were observed installing metal framing without proper safety shoes.    NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
