29 CFR  1904.40(a):The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours.  a) HPL Stamping, Inc. located at 425 Enterprise Parkway, Lake Zurich, IL 60047:  On May 11, 2021, HPL Stampings , Inc., upon request, did not provide a copy of the OSHA Form 300, Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses for calendar year 2020, 2019 and 2018 within the four business hours. The OSHA 300 logs were not provided until May 18, 2021.  No abatement documentation or certification required for this item.
