29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.  a- 29 Canal, Block 700.13, Lot 133, Eastampton NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 12 feet 4 inches to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold that was missing end stops and a mid rail that ran the full length of the scaffold's active walking and working surface.  Condition observed on or about 05/24/21.   WSJ Construction & Maintenance, LLC.  was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1499743, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/11/21, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 403, 13 Westmont Drive, Medford NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
