At a residential worksite located on E Rutherford St, Springfield MO -- employees engaged in framing duties were not wearing eye protection. This exposed employees to struck by hazards of debris, fragments etc., in their eyes. This was documented on or about 05/26/2021.

29 CFR  1926.403(e):All splices and joints and free ends of conductors were not covered with insulation equivalent to that of the conductors or with an insulating device designed for the purpose:  At a residential worksite located at E Rutherford St, Springfield MO -- employees engaged in framing duties were using a portable skilsaw that was spliced and covered with with black electrical tape. This exposed employees to electrical shocks/burns. This was documented on or about 05/26/2021.
