29 CFR  1926.404(b)(1)(ii): On a construction site, where an assured equipment grounding program was not utilized, all 120-volt, single-phase, 15 and 20 ampere receptacle outlets which were not a part of the permanent wiring of the building or structure and which are in use by employees did not have approved ground fault circuit interrupers for personal protection:  a)  Lot 48, Water Tower Landing, Water Tower Lane, Central Square, NY  13036, on or about 5/27/21:  Workers were using power tools that were energized with a Generac 5500 generator without GFI protection.

29 CFR  1926.405(g)(2)(iv):Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  a)  Lot 48, Water Tower Landing, Water Tower Lane, Central Square, NY  13036, on or about 5/27/21:  Workers were connecting and disconnecting a Makita compressor where the cord to that compressor was pulled free from the tools housing.
