29 CFR 1910.28(b)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a runway or similar walkway is protected from falling 4 feet (1.2 m) or more to a lower level by a guardrail system: On or about June 11, 2021, employees were exposed to fall hazards up to six feet to a lower level when accessing the catwalk between Line 4 and the Manual Pickling Line and the employer did not ensure a guardrail system was installed on the catwalk.
