29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) 2nd floor: An employees used an electric powered table saw to rip wood. The table saw's power cord was not provided strain relief to its plug, and its insulation was pulled from the plug. On or about 06/16/2021.
