29 CFR  1910.119(c)(3):The employer did not provide employees and their representatives access to process hazard analyses and to all other information required to be developed under this standard  a) Jobsite - 550 Brandywine Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335 -The employer maintained the current and past process hazard analyses in a locked office and did not leave a key for accessibility, therefore the process hazard analyses was  inaccessible to operators who performed tasked involving chlorine in the Chlorine Building.   Noted on or about 22 JUNE 2021.
