29 CFR  1926.26: Construction areas, aisles, stairs, ramps, runways, corridors, offices, shops, and storage areas where work is in progress was not lighted with either natural or artificial illumination. The minimum illumination requirements for work areas are contained in Subpart D of this part:  A). 	On or about 06/24/21, at 131-22 Avery Ave. Flushing, NY  Employees were observed walking in a stairway up had no lighting. The temporary lighting installed, but they were off.
