29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a) Jobsite: 1403 S Columbus Blvd, Philadelphia, PA - On or about June 29, 2021, the employer did not ensure an employee conducting framing operations from an open canopy of a building, approximately 14 feet above ground level, was protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system.
