29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice:  (a)  Precision Drilling Company, L.P. located at the Wuertz 1201-5h wellsite near Hudson, CO: On 7/4/2021 and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that a walking-working surface located in the substructure of an oil rig was secured to prevent movement.  One employee assigned to use a pressure washer to clean the substructure when the walking-working surface he was standing on gave way causing the employee to fall 11 feet to a lower level.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
